Our heartbeat · From £12 a week

Group Training

The heartbeat of the gym, and where most people begin. Coach-led sessions with the buzz of a class and the attention of a personal trainer, scaled to whatever level you walk in at. No two sessions the same. An hour that disappears. Unlimited training for £12 a week or £52 a month. Most people start here. Almost nobody leaves.

(Why £52 and not £48? Everyone assumes 4 weeks in a month, so 4 times £12 lands at £48. But a year is 52 weeks, not 48. Take £12 a week across all 52, split it over 12 months, and you get £52. So paying monthly costs exactly the same as weekly, not a penny more.)

Premium coaching

1-to-1 Personal Training

1 coach, 1 focus, zero guesswork. Programming built around your body, your goals, and your calendar, with someone holding you to it. For people who want it done properly and value their time too much to waste it on a plan that almost works.

Led by Dan

Online Coaching

Our coaching, without the postcode. Dan builds your programme, checks your form from wherever you are, and keeps you accountable when no one is watching. Ideal if you travel, work odd hours, or already have a gym but not a plan that works.

Your gym, your hours · From £12 a week

Open Gym

Some days you just want your headphones in and your own plan to crack on with. Open gym gives you both studios and all the kit to train your way, every hour we are open. Go solo, follow your own programme, or mix it in with your group sessions. It’s all part of your membership.

12 weeks to go from nervous beginner to genuinely hooked. A structured plan, a coach in your corner, and a group starting exactly where you are. We open 4 intakes a year and every one fills, because starting with a date and a deadline beats starting next Monday every time. Grab a spot before it goes.
